12 Books Launch event

The Dozen Books Award is Israel's annual book design competition, currently in its fourth year. The initiative promotes professional standards in Israeli publishing by recognizing excellence in book design and connecting designers and typographers through exhibitions and public events in Israel and in the international design community, through Stiftung Buchkunst, Leipzig and Frankfurt

With the Foundation’s support, the project will expand the competition to Arabic-language and bilingual book design and to Palestinian citizens of Israel through four connected activities: an Arab judge on the panel, a dedicated bilingual Hebrew–Arabic prize, outreach to Arab design students and a dedicated cultural event in Haifa.
