“Any Way the Wind Blows”

re:publica Berlin is back! The festival for the digital society will take place on 8-10 June 2022 at Arena Berlin and Festsaal Kreuzberg. This year's motto is "Any Way the Wind Blows".

The Heinrich-Böll-Stiftung will be represented with a partner booth in the Arena. We will welcome visitors to re:publica with educational material, short film screenings, digital games, discussions with green experts and DIY sessions. At our booth, we will explore questions of sustainability and digitalisation:

• What does digitalisation mean for ecology and justice?
• What opportunities do digital applications offer for climate protection and resource conservation?
• How can the digital society be shaped democratically and fairly and at the same time protect our planet?
• What are the core elements of a digitalisation that can contribute to a profound sustainability transformation, and how do we implement it?

There is a great need for social and political action to reshape digitalisation!
