This event will explore a variety of options for strengthening regional cooperation that will help to achieve and even exceed the binding EU target of at least 27% renewable energy in the Energy Union and to bridge existing gaps between citizens, subnational regions, Member States, and the EU. Furthermore, it will serve as a forum for exchange with other regional cooperation fora in the context of the climate talks in Paris.
