"Woubi Chéri" is a documentary that gives us an insight into the love life of some gay people in Ivory Coast. The Woubi and Yossis ("crazies" and their men in the local dialect) of Ivory Coast are telling us - with humour, emotion, tradition and revolt, their daily lives. They are sharing their joys and sorrows, unveiling a "gay" life as it has never been shown before.
One of the actors, Barbara, will attend the screening.
 
Forbidden Fruit

"Forbidden Fruit" is a love story between two women in today's Zimbabwe. The relationship of Nongoma and Tsitsi, who live on the countryside, gets revealed. Tsitsi's family is convinced that she is possessed by the devil. An emotional docudrama about the difficulty of addressing the issues of homosexuality in Africa.
Beate Kunath, the director of the movie, will be present.
