Film Night: "Winek - Where are you?"
Public Friends & Family Screening
Tunisia 2014, shortly prior to the elections that many hope will accomplish the democratic transition in the small Mediterranean country that unleashed the Arab Spring. Nawel, a young Tunisian journalist and blogger, Rafik the head of an election observation network, Lasaad who runs the campaign for a left candidate in the outskirts of Tunis and Olfa, whose engagement leads from a women's rights NGO to a political party, are all in this process for different reasons and motivations. The 70 minutes documentary "Winek?" (arabic for: "Where were you?") retraces their motives to shape Tunisia's future and accompanies them during their last weeks before E-Day.
