Maja Göpel: Stabilize or Rebuild? The right response to the economic crisis

Currently, the world is experiencing one of the biggest economic and financial crises since the second world war. How can we respond to this?

To this online lecture and debate, we warmly welcome Maja Göpel who is an expert on transformation and sustainability research. Maja is the General Secretary of the German Advisory Council on Global Change and teaches at the Leuphana University of Lüneburg.

This debate is organized as part of Transformative Responses to the Crisis, a project by Finanzwende in cooperation with Heinrich-Böll-Foundation. The project aims at generating and advancing ideas on how to cope with the unfolding global crisis in such a way that we advance a more sustainable, equitable and resilient economy on the way.
