Magali Lafourcade

Magali Lafourcade, a magistrate, is Secretary-General of the National Consultative Commission on Human Rights. She teaches at Sciences Po and is the author of Les droits de l’Homme (PUF, 2018, 2ed, 2025), Démasculiniser la Justice (Les petits matins, 2025) and La Justice en procès. Les populistes à l’assaut de l’État de droit (Les petits matins, 2026). 

She chairs the Ethics and Professional Conduct Committee of the Le Monde Group.
