Nutrition of the Future

What will the future of food look like? In light of an exponentially growing global population, new concepts for our nourishment and agriculture are required to be able to sustainably feed all of humanity in the future. Anna Zilahi, Hungarian eco-poet and artist, presents her poems on the subject while Jan Grossarth supplements her pieces with his expertise.
