Za elektřinu jsme v roce 1991 platili devětkrát méně, než platíme dnes. Jak se na vývoji ceny podílely státní regulace, jak trh s energiemi a jak obnovitelné zdroje? Jak na růstu cen vydělali jednotliví hráči na trhu a jak vznikal mediálni obraz politicky nezvládnutého boomu fotovoltaických elektráren? Jaké ceny elektřiny lze očekávat v souvislosti s technologickým vývojem a vývojem legislativy v Česku i v sousedních zemích? Jaké jiné obchodní modely obnovitelné elektroenergetiky existují v Německu a v Belgii?

In 1991 we paid for electricity nine times less than we pay today. How has been this price development influenced by state regulations, the energy market and renewables? How different market players profited from the increase of price and how the media image of the politically mismanaged boom of photovoltaic power plants was created? What prices of electricity should be expected in relations with technological and legislative developments in the Czech Republic and neighboring countries? What other market models of renewable electro-energy sector exist in Germany and Belgium?
