Women, Ecology and Performing Arts in Northeast India
Cultures Of Peace
Join our partner, Zubaan for the third webinar of this year's Cultures of Peace programming! Speakers Lapdiang A. Syiem, Papari Medhi and Rekha Konsam discuss 'Women, Ecology and Performing Arts in Northeast India'. The session will be moderated by Namrata Pathak.
The webinar will look at the web of interrelationships between performing arts, women as artists and the ecological systems around us. It will also look at performing arts as an intricate ecosystem in itself, and explore how art and artists respond and reclaim these relationships to propose new possibilities towards a more harmonious and sustainable coexistence.
Date & Time: 6 October, 2021 | 4 pm IST
Zoom meeting ID: 971 5008 9142
