BEAM 21 - Competences for Local Climate Protection and Intelligent Energy Management

The Heinrich-Böll-Foundation Brandenburg (Germany) and The Public Center for Environment and Sustainable Development (Bulgaria) invite you to participate in the final conference “Competences for Local Climate Protection and Intelligent Energy Management” of the project BEAM 21. The conference will be attended by representatives from municipalities of nine countries including Austria, Bulgaria, Germany, Latvia, Lithuania, Poland, Romania, France and Czech Republic.

The conference will take place at the Festival and Congress Center (Press Hall), Varna, Bulgaria. Working languages will beEnglish and Bulgarian. The participants will be provided simultaneous translation.

The conference is a part of the project: Blended capacity-building sustainable energy measures and action plans for European municipalities BEAM 21 supported by the Intelligent Energy Europe Program.

Participation in the conference is free. Lunch will be provided. Accommodation expenses are the responsibility of the participants. If you are interested, the organizers offer to assist with booking accommodations.
