Climate Equity Now, United Nations Climate Change Conference, Poznan

The upcoming United Nations Climate Change Conference (COP14), which is taking place during the first two weeks of December in Poznan, Poland, will undoubtedly be at the centre of the world’s attention. For the first time a Central European country – Poland – will host this important meeting in the framework of the international negotiations for a global climate protection regime.

The Heinrich Böll Foundation is playing an active role in the discussions surrounding climate change and energy security by presenting a diversity of opinions and positions on these subjects as well as by proposing concrete measures that can help tackle the climate and energy conundrum of our times.
