Environmental Barometer in the ENP East

Public Seminar

This event is part of a project that aims to contribute to a better implementation of the ENP Action Plans, particularly in the fields of environment protection, governance and integration as well as civil society development. This project is supported by the Heinrich Böll Foundation, the GMF Black Sea Trust and WWF.

Independent civil society experts from Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia, Moldova, Ukraine will present their assessment of ENP Action Plan implementation in their countries, focusing on aspects related to environment protection, sustainable development and support to civil

society. They will notably address the progress made to date and the efforts now needed by their respective governments to fulfill their commitments. The information provided by these assessments will be particularly useful in the context of the upcoming publication of ENP

progress reports, the ENPI mid-term review and the future preparation of successor arrangements to the ENP Action Plans.
