Feed-in Tariffs: A Time for Real Action on Renewable Energy

In cooperation with Pacific Environment, World Future Council, Alliance for Renewable Energy, DB Climate Change Advisors, and The Sierra Club. 

This program focuses on how to design a robust feed-in tariffs system in California and other western states. Experts on renewable energy policy from Europe, Canada, and the U.S. featured in this program will discuss the advantages of adopting feed-in tariffs such as stimulating the development of renewable energy. 

Featured Speakers include among others:

Hans-Josef Fell - Member of the German Parliament for the Green Party and co-author of Germany's Renewable Energy Sources Act.
Michael Brune - Executive Director, Sierra Club and former Executive Director, Rainforest Action Network.

John Geesman - Board member of the American Council on Renewable Energy (ACORE) and former commissioner of the California Energy Commission.

Paul Gipe - Co-chair of the Alliance for Renewable Energy and an authority on wind energy.
