The World Resources Institute and the Heinrich Boell Foundation North America cordially invite you to this roundtable discussion on renewable energy policy design and implementation in developing countries. Speakers will focus on questions of policy design and what role predictable performance-based incentives, such as feed-in-tariffs, can play to mobilize investments and support the extension of renewable energies in developing countries. They will discuss which broader enabling environments need to be in place for successful implementation of such policies and how climate finance can both support the creation of these enabling conditions and help meet the incremental cost of renewable energy promotion policies.

This roundtable is invitation only. For further information please contact Arne Jungjohann at arne@boell.org
