Building on the success of the last two years' Roadshows, the German American Chamber of Commerce of the Midwest, together with the Consulate General of the Federal Republic of Germany Chicago and the Embassy of the Federal Republic of Germany, is proud to announce its Annual Renewables & Energy Efficiency Roadshow. The event series is presented as part of the “Transatlantic Climate Bridge” Initiative.
Make sure to `Save the Date` for the only Roadshow organized for and by the German American business community in the Midwest, taking place from September 27-29, 2010. This year's Roadshow stops are as follows - please click on the respective dates for more information:
Monday, September 27 – Chicago, Illinois
Tuesday, September 28 – Metro Detroit, Michigan
(Panel discussion with Klaus Linsenmeier, hbf North America)
Wednesday, September 29 – Columbus, Ohio
At each location, several different topics from the Renewables and Energy efficiency field will be covered. Each stop along the Roadshow will feature an afternoon conference with top speakers in these fields, addressing specific and locally relevant topics. The primary objective of the Roadshow is to open a dialog for partnership between two of the world's leading countries in developing and implementing new Renewable and Energy Efficiency technologies. A key focus will be how companies can benefit from the US market for renewable energy technology and where money can be saved by employing energy efficient processes and products.
Sponsorship packages are available for both the local events, as well as, for the entire Roadshow and this year again, a Webcast Sponsorship! If you are interested in sponsorship and would like to discuss the sponsorship levels, options, features, and benefits or have any additional questions about the Roadshow, please contact Bernadett Steiner, Renewables Project Manager, at steiner(at)gaccom.org or call (312) 494-2180.
