Germany's Nuclear Phase-Out

Some 30 years ago, one of the founding issues of the German Green Party was the fight against nuclear power. We have come a long way since then. Today, all German parties across the political spectrum support phasing out nuclear power within the next ten years. The Bundestag (lower chamber) has already passed the law, the Bundesrat (upper chamber) will do so on July 8th.
    
We would like to invite you to join us in celebrating this milestone for the Greens and rejoicing in a more sustainable future for us all.
   
Our `Nuclear Phase-Out Reception` will take place on Friday, July 8th from 5:30pm to 7.30pm at the office of the Heinrich Böll Foundation. Drinks, finger-food, and a cheerful atmosphere will be provided.
