Siham Barghouthi is the chairperson of the Association of Women's Action in Palestine as such has organized
activities of UNDP in cooperation with the Ministry of Governance in the Occupied Palestinian Territories.

Sara Roy is a senior research scholar at the Center for Middle Eastern Studies at Harvard University where
she completed her doctoral studies in international development. Trained as a political economist, Dr. Roy has worked in the Gaza Strip and West Bank since 1985 conducting research primarily on the economic, social and political development of the Gaza Strip and on U.S. foreign aid to the region. She serves on the Advisory Boards of American Near East Refugee Aid (ANERA) and the Center for American and Jewish Studies at Baylor University.

Gila Svirsky is a peace and human rights activist and former Director of Bat Shalom, the Israeli branch of Jerusalem Link. She served on the board of the Association for Civil Rights in Israel, is coordinator of the Coalition of Women for a Just Peace and an active member of Women in Black movement. Randa Siniora is the Director General of the Palestinian Independent Commission for Citizens' Rights (PICCR) and has been the Director General of Al-Haq.

Ghada Hashem Talhami is Professor of Third World Politics and Women's Studies, Lake Forest College
Chicago, Illinois. Dr. Talhami has published several books e.g. Palestine in the Egyptian Press: from al-Ahram to  al-Ahali; Palestinian Refugees: Pawns to Political Actors, Syria and the Palestinians: The Clash of Nationalisms.
