Der US-amerikanische Autor Peter Barnes fordert in seinem Buch `Kapitalismus 3.0` einen gerechten und nachhaltigen Umgang mit Gemeinschaftsgütern als Voraussetzung und Ergänzung zukunftsfähiger Märkte. Wissen ist ein Gemeinschaftsgut mit besonderen Eigenschaften. Je mehr es genutzt wird, desto wertvoller wird es. Zugang sollte jedeR haben, aber wer bezahlt dafür?
