LUNCH LECTURE
The guest speaker will be Michael Zenner, Minister for Political Affairs at the Permanent Representation of Germany to the European Union
who will address the audience on the theme:
`A Preview of the German EU Presidency.`
The lecture will be followed by the presentation of the brochure “Has Europe got a Future? Challenges for the German EU Presidency” published by the Heinrich Böll Foundation EU Regional Office Brussels and a debate with the authors
