<b>A Preview of the German EU Presidency</b>

The guest speaker will be Michael Zenner, Minister for Political Affairs at the Permanent Representation of Germany to the European Union who will address the audience on the theme:

 `A Preview of the German EU Presidency.`

 The lecture will be followed by the presentation of the brochure “Has Europe got a Future? Challenges for the German EU Presidency” published by the Heinrich Böll Foundation EU Regional Office Brussels and a debate with the authors
