continuing low participation rate of women in the field of SET calls for
intensifying and expending the efforts to overcome the already
sufficiently described structural barriers.
This international workshop is part of the EU project “IFAC: Information for a Choice: Empowering young Women through Learning for Technical Professions and Science Careers”. The workshop aims to discuss lessons learned from recent policies and strategies on an European and national level.
